Předmětem plnění VZ je dodávka jeden kus plicního ventilátoru transportního do MRI. Součástí předmětu plnění je rovněž zajištění bezplatného záručního a zpoplatněného pozáručního 8 letého servisu nabízeného přístroje. Součástí předmětu plnění jsou dále průběžné dodávky spotřebního zdravotnického materiálu po dobu 10 let.
