Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture de carburants en vrac pour les véhicules de la commune de CLAVIER et de combustibles de chauffage pour les bâtiments communaux, du CPAS, des fabriques d'église, des salles de village et de la CIESAC. Ces besoins n'étant pas définis à priori, ce marché public doit être défini comme un marché stock/marché à bons de commande pour lequel le pouvoir adjudicateur adaptera les commandes aux besoins. Il s'agit d'un marché conjoint.
