Acordul-cadru va avea ca obiect Servicii de transport feroviar carbune energetic tip lignit pe relatia Motru Est – rampa de descarcare LFI CET Sud Timisoara, 150.000 de tone, pe o durata de maxim 6 luni, cod CPV 60200000-0. Achiziția a fost solicitata prin Referatul de necesitate nr.10845/04.09.2026, întocmit de către Departamentul Comercial şi Investiţii, din cadrul Companiei Locale de Termoficare COLTERM SA - în insolvenţă. Cerințele tehnice pentru serviciile solicitate sunt precizate in caietul de sarcini nr.10846/04.09.2026 si Anexele 1, 2, 3, 4 şi 5 la caietul de sarcini, întocmite de către Departamentul Comercial şi Investiţii.
