BKP 25 Sanitäre Anlagen. Erstellen der vollständigen Sanitärinstallationen inkl. fertig beplankten Vorwandelementen, gemäss Leistungsbeschreibungen und Plänen resp. Ausschreibung, z.T. mit ReUse Bauteilen und Elementen aus dem ehemaligen Kinderspital-Areal. Die Liegenschaft Pestalozzistrasse 55/57, unmittelbar neben dem ehemaligen Areal des Kinderspitals gelegen, wird instandgesetzt und einer neuen Wohnnutzung zugeführt. Das bestehende Gebäude aus dem Jahr 1926 wurde in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten unterschiedlich genutzt und steht seit dem Wegzug des Kinderspitals leer.
