Procedura aperta per l’affidamento della fornitura di licenze software del sistema di gestione degli apparati di sicurezza perimetrale
Il Segretariato Generale della Presidenza della Repubblica ha indetto, ai sensi dell’art. 55 del regolamento di amministrazione e contabilità e dell’art. 71 del d.lgs. n. 36/2023, una procedura aperta per l’affidamento della fornitura di licenze software del sistema di gestione degli apparati di sicurezza perimetrale. L'Amministrazione si riserva la facoltà di aggiudicare in presenza di una sola offerta valida; l'Amministrazione si riserva altresì di non aggiudicare l'appalto nell'ipotesi di cui all'art. 108, comma 10 del d.lgs. 36/2023. Il Responsabile unico del progetto è l'Ing. Gabriele Barbagallo.
