Sectorul de drum județean menționat mai sus prezintă o parte carosabilă degradată cu multiple defecţiuni (gropi, crăpături, fisuri, suprafeţe poroase) care scot în evidenţă îmbătrânirea îmbrăcăminţii rutiere, precum şi denivelări, burduşiri, făgaşe care evidenţiază o capacitate portantă insuficientă a sistemului rutier. De asemenea, planeitatea îmbrăcăminţii rutiere este neadecvată desfăşurării circulaţei în condiţii de siguranţă şi confort. Dispozitivele de colectarea şi evacuarea apelor pluviale de suprafaţă funcţionează deficitar, în majoritatea cazurilor fiind colmatate. Accesul populaţiei rurale la educaţia de bază şi la serviciile de sănătate este îngreunat de serviciile de transport…
