Předmětem VZ je zabezpečení závodního a bezplatného stravování u VÚ 1825 Tábor a ostatních logisticky nesamostatných vojenských útvarů a zařízení přidělených do jeho stravovací péče, a to v souladu s vyhláškou č.296/2022 Sb. o nákladech na stravování a jejich úhradě v organizačních složkách státu a příspěvkových organizacích, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a s vyhláškou č. 209/2025 Sb., o způsobu zabezpečování bezplatného stravování, výstrojních a přepravních náležitostí a o zabezpečování ubytování vojáků z povolání, ve znění pozdějších předpisů.
