Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie wsparcia informatycznego na posiadane „Lokalne Oprogramowania Komunikacyjne” (LOK) będące jednym z elementów Platformy Regionalnej Wielkopolskie e-Zdrowie”. Utrzymanie LOK obejmuje skuteczne usuwanie wszelkich nieprawidłowości w działaniu LOK oraz wykonywanie czynności serwisowych. Tym samym Utrzymanie LOK składa się z dwóch zasadniczych zadań, to jest: - Usuwanie Nieprawidłowości, - Serwis LOK
