Kerrostalon ”KLOCKBERGA B” purku-urakka
Hankinnan kohteena on Klockberga B -rakennuksen kokonaispurku perustuksineen.Purku-urakka sisältää rakennuksen ja sen rakenteiden purkamisen, purkujätteiden lajittelun, poiskuljetuksen ja asianmukaisen käsittelyn sekä purkutyön edellyttämät muut työt tarjouspyynnön ja sen liiteasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Vaaralliset aineet ja jätteet tulee käsitellä niitä koskevien määräysten ja hankinta-asiakirjojen mukaisesti.Urakkaan sisältyvät lisäksi purkamisen jälkeiset täyttö- ja viimeistelytyöt tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa esitetyssä laajuudessa.
