Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa i udzielenie lub zapewnienie licencji Oprogramowania SEQ Datacenter lub równoważnego uprawniającego do użytkowania przez nielimitowaną liczbę użytkowników i instalacji oprogramowania na nielimitowanej liczbie serwerów wraz z zapewnieniem Zamawiającemu możliwości pobierania, instalowania i używania Oprogramowania, a także poprawek, zmian, aktualizacji, itp., wydanych dla Oprogramowania przez producenta lub inny uprawniony podmiot, bez dodatkowych opłat.
