En vertu de l’art. 59, al. 1, de l’ordonnance du 27 mai 2020 sur l’exécution de la législation sur les denrées alimentaires (OELDAl), l’OSAV est responsable de la désignation des laboratoires nationaux de référence (LNR). L’OSAV cherche des LNR susceptibles de fournir les prestations visées à l’annexe 8 OELDAl pour les différents lots.
