Verpflegungsleistungen für Sanadura
Sanadura schreibt die externe Erbringung der Verpflegungsleistungen für die Alterszentren Promulins in Samedan und Du Lac in St. Moritz sowie für den Spitex-Mahlzeitendienst aus. Der Auftrag umfasst insbesondere Menüplanung, Beschaffung, Produktion und Bereitstellung der Mahlzeiten, Personalverpflegung, Diät- und Sonderkost, Logistik sowie Qualitätssicherung und Lebensmittelsicherheit. Ebenfalls Bestandteil des Auftrags ist der Betrieb des Bistro Du Lac und der Cafeteria Promulins. Die Leistungserbringung startet am 1. Mai 2027.
