Zakup energii elektrycznej na potrzeby Polskiej Akademii Nauk i jej jednostek organizacyjnych
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup energii elektrycznej czynnej na potrzeby eksploatacji nieruchomości użytkowanych przez jednostki nieposiadające osobowości prawnej i nieruchomości będących w bezpośrednim zarządzaniu Zamawiającego, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami, standardami jakościowymi określonymi w ustawie z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (t.j. Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 43 z późn. zm.) zwanej dalej „Prawo energetyczne” oraz wydanych na jej podstawie aktach wykonawczych. 2.
