Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa serwisu urządzeń medycznych firmy GE szczegółowo określonych w załączniku nr 1 do projektowanych postanowień umowy. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach zawartych w projektowanych postanowienia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, które określone zostały: w umowie na usługę serwisową urządzeń medycznych firmy GE zgodnej ze wzorem stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
