Sastamalan ja Punkalaitumen hankintarenkaan perustietotekniikkapalvelut
Hankintarenkaan hankinnan kohteena ovat perustietotekniikan palvelut tämän tarjouspyynnön liitteineen mukaisesti. Hankinnan keskeisen sisällön muodostavat käyttäjätukipalvelut ja service desk-palvelut, päätelaitteiden elinkaari- ja hallintapalvelut (pl. laitehankinta), palvelinten käyttö- ja kapasiteettipalvelut, pilvi- ja M365-palvelut, asiantuntijapalvelut, nyky-ympäristön transitio- migraatiopalvelut eli käyttöönottoprojekti. Hankintarenkaalla on tällä hetkellä käytössä Tiera Oy:n (entinen Kuntien Tiera) tarjoamat käyttäjätukipalvelut (mm. service desk ja lähituki), palvelinten käyttö- ja kapasiteettipalvelut sekä pilvi- ja M365-palvelut ja Velora Oy:n laitehankinnan palvelut.…
