Przedmiot zamówienia ma być finansowany z dotacji budżetu Województwa Wielkopolskiego. Zamawiający unieważni postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia na podstawie art. 257 Ustawy Pzp, jeżeli środki publiczne, które zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup skanera do preparatów mikroskopowych wraz z platformą do oceny preparatów.
