Neubau Rathaus Herzebrock-Clarholz - 08 Heizung und Sanitär

Die Gemeinde Herzebrock-Clarholz beabsichtigt einen Rathaus-Neubau als Ersatz für das bisherige Rathaus zu errichten. Dieser Neubau soll auf dem aktuellen Rathaus-Grundstück mit rund 4.800 m² errichtet werden. Entsprechend des Klimaschutzkonzeptes der Gemeinde Herzebrock-Clarholz soll der Rathaus-Neubau mindestens dem Energiestandard KFW-40 entsprechen und klimaneutral im Betrieb sein. Die technische Ausstattung des Gebäudes soll diesen hohen ökologischen und wirtschaftlichen Anforderungen entsprechen. Der Fokus liegt auf einer betriebskosten-optimierten Planung. Zur Wärmeerzeugung des 5-geschossigen Gebäudes wird eine Kaskade aus zwei Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpen eingesetzt. Diese soll in den…
