Die Landeshauptstadt Potsdam betreibt eine zentrale Kommunikationsinfrastruktur auf Basis der Kommunikationsplattform Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise (OXE). Sie verfolgt das Ziel, die bestehende Kommunikationsinfrastruktur schrittweise zu modernisieren und um zeitgemäße Unified-Communications- und Collaboration Funktionalitäten zu erweitern. Die Plattform Rainbow des Herstellers Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) wurde als Zielplattform identifiziert. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die vollständige Einführung, Integration, Migration, Inbetriebnahme, Dokumentation und Wartung dieser Zielplattform.
