Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi polegającej na odbiorze i zagospodarowaniu odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych oraz nieruchomości, na których znajduje się domek letniskowy lub innych nieruchomości wykorzystywanych na cele rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowe z terenu gminy Dalików oraz z PSZOK w Dalikowie. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
